Join our Mission!
Software Developer for Humanoid Robotics (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
  • You will develop the software architecture for our anthropomorphic robotic hand, including control and regulation concepts
  • In doing so, you will implement both classic control methods and AI-based algorithms
  • You will also develop models for simulating and optimizing the robot hand
  • Software tests will be performed by you, and system performance will be optimized based on the results
  • Working closely with mechanics, electronics, and sensors, you will advance interdisciplinary development
Your skills:
  • You have a degree in computer science, robotics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in R&D, especially in anthropomorphic robotics and software architecture, qualify you as a valuable contributor
  • You have in-depth knowledge of control engineering, embedded software, and artificial intelligence (e.g., machine learning, deep learning)
  • Your experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, and the Robot Operating System (ROS2) rounds out your profile

Build the world's leading humanoid hand. Where humanoid robotics drives industrial productivity.

We are building high-performance robotic hands for industrial humanoid applications — with focus, speed, and an entrepreneurial spirit. If you are driven to be part of this journey, we should talk. Our vision is to set the global standard for industrial-grade humanoid manipulation and to make humanoid robots a true productivity driver. We start with proven, scalable technology and collaborate with real customers and partners from day one to enable rapid applications and fast validation. Built on the trusted, 80-year-old SCHUNK brand, with global CoLabs and over ten years of hands-on expertise, we accelerate the development and industrialization of advanced, flexible humanoid robotic hands.
